These terms govern your use of the ChristmasGiggles online store ("we", "our", "us"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

ChristmasGiggles is an online retailer based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@christmasgiggles.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place the order on your behalf.
3. Products
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly from photographs depending on your screen settings. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in packaging may occur.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in GBP unless your local currency is displayed at checkout. Where local currencies are shown, the final charge is calculated at the current exchange rate.
- Prices include applicable taxes where required.
- If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order; you may cancel for a full refund if you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price.
- Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders, for example where stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected — in which case you will receive a full refund.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes, costs, and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Your rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are covered by replacement or refund. UK customers also have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and faulty goods are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Promotions and bundles
Bundle offers (for example "Buy 2 + 1 free") apply as described on the product page at the time of ordering and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this store — including text, images, branding, and design — is owned by ChristmasGiggles or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, commit fraud, scrape content for resale, or infringe the rights of others.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
